I don't have the pictures yet, but I just wanted to say how thankful I am to God for my precious friends. A few of them took time out of their day today to celebrate my birthday. I had so much fun spending time with you girls. Thank you for making me feel special. To those of you who were not there, I want you to know that I am so thankful for you too. I cannot tell you how many of you have sent me messages and encouragement over the past week and you mean the world to me because of it. I could not ask for better friends. So-thank you for being the women of God that you are and thank you for loving me and my family the way you do.
I thank God every time I remember you.

Results Are In
We just found out that they did find cancer in her left breast. My understanding is that this does not mean they have found all of it yet. I pray that they have, but to make sure, they are going to do a full body CT scan and a bone scan on Monday or Tuesday of next week. It should not take too long to get the results back from that. From there we will know more about our game plan and how we are going to respond.
Mom's MRI Over
Mom's first MRI is now over. It lastest 45 minutes and they took a whole lot of pictures. She had a wonderful, caring lady take the pictures which was such a blessing. They told Mom and Dad that her Dr. would have the results today but we are not sure when we will know anything. I will post on here as soon as we know anything. Please keep praying.

MRI Scheduled
Mom's MRI is scheduled for Friday at 9:30am. This test will tell us what kind of caner, where it started in her body, and what stage cancer she has.
Update on My Mom's Tests
Mom was called this morning at 8:00 by the Dr. office and asked to come in at 9:00. She went in and we found out she has an advanced stage of cancer. We are not sure how advanced or even what kind yet because we don't know where it originated. We won't know more until the MRI is done and we don't know when that will be but I will keep you all posted. Please keep praying and know that we are feeling it. Thanks so much.

Please Pray
This is a post from my mom's blog...
"Usually don't go so public, but I have a prayer request that I'd appreciate you honoring on my behalf. I found a golf ball sized lump under my left arm the first week of February, and have seen my gynocologist, who sent me to a general surgeon today. He did a biopsy and will call me the first part of next week. It does not look good right now, as the cyst is solid instead of filled with fluid. However, that does not mean it can't be benign.I'm asking you to pray to our Sweet Father that this be benign. I've always been in His care and know I am now, and am asking what I truly want. I want Him to make this a "nothing" cyst, and I know He can.I also know He is soverign and I will follow Him no matter his answer. I love Him because He's always loved me, and there is no answer that will deter me from my relationship with Him.I ask you pray for Mike as he ministers to me. Pray for Randi, Taylor, Eric, Tyrel and my extended family, as they are such a support. With all of you and the Lord, I am the most blessed person I know! I will keep you informed, and ask you to please pray, for I believe in the power of our Lord. Thank you all!Blessings"

When It Rains It Pours
Well the boys are sick again. Last night we had a 1:00 am scare with Braden barely breathing and my parents rushing over to care for Cason so we could leave for the emergency room. We didn't end up going thanks to the advice from the night time call nurse. We ended up putting Braden through a series of steam and cold air breathing treatments to help him breath. We were at it for about two hours. After we got that under control Cason woke up screaming and crying like he has done many times since Friday afternoon. I planned on taking both boys to the Dr. first thing Monday morning but last night made that a must. This morning we loaded up, went to the Dr., and found out Braden has croup and Cason still has a double ear infection. Awesome!

Wish You Were Here
As you read yesterday, Cason is sick with double ear infections and pink eye. Awesome, right? Anyway, since he was not feeling well yesterday there is not much he can do to entertain himself. He loves his Aunt Taylor so she did the entertaining for him. We wish so much that she was here, but since she is not, we made the best of it. I tried to get some of it on camera so that I could share it with you. Look closely at her face each time. It is priceless. Here are some things you can do when you are having a sick day.
You can count.
You can make funny faces. Check out Taylor's!
Making more funny faces.
You can play Peek-A-Boo.
He was having so much fun.
You can also sing, "All Aboard the Choo Choo Train."
Yes, you can even share a snack. And, yes, Taylor put her mouth up to the screen so he thought she was eating it. So cute but hilarious too.

"Awesome" All Around
Well...I took Cason into the Doctor today because I knew something just was not right. I am not sure if it is just because I am that good of a mom, to know my son that well, or maybe it was the fact that his left eye is almost swollen shut. (That could have been it, but I doubt it.) Anyway, my suspicions were confirmed. Cason has double ear infections and pink eye. All I could say at the Doctor's office was, "Awesome!" Thankfully tomorrow he will not be contagious anymore. If we can just keep Braden away from him for a few more hours maybe just maybe we can keep it isolated. Yeah right! Anyway, for those of you experiencing AWESOME out there: hang in there, this too shall pass.
Cason fell asleep on the floor right before his nap.
You tell me, does this look like he feels good? Pretty sad huh?
